LAGO LA QUINTA is a gated community located in the La Quinta Country Club and most of the homes have views of the lake and/or golf course.  This small and intimate community has pools, spas, and tennis courts in a beautiful lake setting.  Although most of the homes in Lago La Quinta were built in the 1970s, many have been remodeled and refurbished with the latest styles and decor.  The homes feature two to three bedrooms with two & one-half to three bathrooms and from 2,201 to 2,700 square feet of living space.  The homes in Lago La Quinta are on Lago Drive.  Currently the HOA dues are $500 per month and cover the common area maintenance and other expenses in the development, such as trash and cable.
